Sasthya Seba provides details on nearby Diagnostic Centers and Health Packages. Right now, we only operate in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

It depends on the service providers associated with us. Some of them offer free sample collections, some of them don’t. If home collection is not possible then we will provide you with the nearest center details. You can go there and give blood or other samples.

For home sample collection we are taking online payment upfront. But some service providers (hospitals / diagnostic centers) offer Pay at counter option.

Yes, you can modify your orders up to 24 hours before sample collection.

You can place an order for yourself, your family, and your friends. But first you need to add them as family members in your profile (profile settings).

It is recommended to provide a prescription for Diagnostic Tests or Home Sample Collection. But it’s not needed when you are self motivated for the test.

Absolutely, we pick up Covid-19 Samples from homes. In addition, the service is only available in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Through our partner labs, we are able to offer RT-PCR and antigen services at home. But according to government regulations, covid-19 tests cannot be performed at home for travel-related purposes.

We provide reports on the same day only for samples taken before 10 am. Sample collected after 10 am, reports will be provided the next day.

Note: There are few tests / investigations, which takes 24-48 hours to be performed. For those items this general rule is not applicable.
