In Bangladesh, Sasthya Seba Limited (SSL) currently offers both domestic ground ambulance and air ambulance services. According to the needs of our patients, there are Basic life support ambulances, critical care transport ambulances.

Between an AC ambulance and an ICU ambulance, there are several differences.

Such as an AC/No-Ac ambulance is a normal patient transport vehicle with only Oxygen and stretcher support. On the other hand, an ICU ambulance is fully covered by a portable life support system. Which have oxygen cylinders, ventilators, patient monitors, BiPAP ventilators, Cpap, and other equipment like first aid kits, wheelchairs, and collapsible stretchers are available. Also, a Doctor (ICU Specialist) and a paramedic are available in ICU Ambulance.

We are capable of providing the nearest ambulance so that you can save time and get to the hospital as soon as possible to save your or your loved one's life. For our ambulance service the average wait time is 30 Minutes.

Yes, Ambulance fare is negotiable.

ICU Ambulances are equipped with oxygen cylinders, ventilators, patient monitors, BiPAP ventilators, Cpap, and other equipment that provides basic life support. Other medical devices are put together according to human health requirements. Otherwise, common equipment such as first aid kits, wheelchairs, and collapsible stretchers will be procured prior to the start of the trip. Also, a Doctor (ICU Specialist) and a paramedic are available in ICU Ambulance.

Yes, we have a sizable facility that allows us to use our ambulance to transport a patient who has COVID-19. However, due to civil aviation in Bangladesh, there is some duty with COVID affected patients in air ambulances. Otherwise, we often offer ICU ambulances with doctors and paramedics, AC ambulances, and freezing ambulances for Covid-19 patients.

Seven persons can go with the patient in the AC Ambulance. And only four persons can move with the patient in the ICU ambulance.

Emergency services can be called for corporate events, camps, job fairs, and other corporate events. In addition, these services are also available for weddings and other occasions and celebrations.

Our policy is to prepay 50% of the total payment before taking over Air Ambulances and 30% for AC Ambulances and ICU Ambulances. But it is negotiable.
