Venography of Right LIMB
Venography of the right limb is a diagnostic imaging procedure used to examine the veins in the right leg. A contrast dye is injected into the veins, and X-ray images are taken to visualize the venous system. This test is typically used to identify conditions like deep vein thrombosis (DVT), venous blockages, or abnormalities in the blood flow. During the procedure, the patient remains still while the dye is injected and the X-rays are captured. Risks include allergic reactions to the contrast material, mild discomfort from the injection, and exposure to radiation.
