About
Professor Dr. Suraiya Begum completed MBBS from Dhaka Medical College in 1983. Thereafter, she obtained DCH from IPGMR (BSMMU) in 1997 and obtained FCPS from BCPS, Dhaka in 2005. She received training on Pediatric Endocrinology from India in 2015. Her work experience includes serving in many renowned institutions in Dhaka including BIRDEM and Ibrahim Medical College, Shaheed Monsur Ali Medical College, Z.H. Sikdar Women`s Medical College and Shahabuddin Medical College. Professor Suraiya has numerous guided and co-guided researches, theses and publications. At present she is serving as Professor, Department of Pediatrics and Head of the unit, Pediatric Endocrinology, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University.
