Digital X-Ray of P.N.S. O/M & Lateral view
A Digital X-ray of the P.N.S. (Paranasal Sinuses) in both O/M (Occipitomental) and lateral views is used to evaluate the sinuses and detect conditions such as infections, sinusitis, polyps, or tumors. In the O/M view, the patient’s head is tilted back slightly, and the X-ray is taken from the front, capturing the frontal and maxillary sinuses. The lateral view provides a side profile of the sinuses, showing their structure and any abnormalities. The procedure is quick, non-invasive, and involves minimal discomfort.
