Digital X-Ray of Mandible PA & right lateral oblique view
A Digital X-Ray of the mandible in the posterior-anterior (PA) and right lateral oblique views is used to thoroughly examine the lower jaw. The PA view captures the mandible from the front, helping detect fractures, misalignments, infections, or other abnormalities. The right lateral oblique view provides a side angle of the right side of the mandible, offering a detailed look at the bone structure, teeth, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ). This combination of views allows for a comprehensive assessment of both sides of the mandible.
