Anti- TPO Ab
The Anti-TPO Ab (Anti-Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody) test measures the presence of antibodies against thyroid peroxidase (TPO), an enzyme crucial for thyroid hormone production. Elevated levels of Anti-TPO antibodies are commonly found in autoimmune thyroid diseases such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Graves' disease.
