Professor Dr. Solaiman Hossain completed his MBBS from Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College in 2000 and pursued an MD in Cardiology in 2011 from the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD), Bangladesh. He holds esteemed titles such as Fellow of the Asia Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology (FAPSIC), Member of the American Society of Echocardiography, and Life Member of the Indian Academy of Echocardiography. His professional journey includes roles as a Lecturer, Assistant Registrar, and Registrar at Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College. Additionally, he served as a Specialist Cardiologist at United Hospital LTD, Dhaka, alongside Dr. NAM Momenuzzaman. Dr. Hossain received advanced training in interventional cardiology at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute & Research Centre in Delhi. He also underwent specialized training in Left Main and Complex PCI at Asan Medical Center in Seoul, South Korea, and Fellowship training on IVUS and FFR at Gifu Heart Center in Nagoya, Japan, among various other international centers. He actively participated as a panelist and moderator in numerous workshops, seminars, and conferences across South Korea, India, Singapore, Japan, Egypt, Turkey, and Malaysia. Dr. Hossain has presented several articles and cases at international conferences and has published numerous publications in both local and international journals.
