Prof. Dr. Shahla Khatun is regarded as one of the top gynaecologists in Dhaka. She holds the following degrees: MBBS, MRCOG (UK), ECFMG, FRCOG, FICS (USA), and FCPS (BD, PK). At the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department of the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital, she has served as a professor and department head.
