Prof. Dr. Moeen Uddin Ahmed graduated from Sir Salimullah Medical College in 1989 and obtained an MD in Cardiology from the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) under Dhaka University in 2003. He held various positions in government medical colleges, ascending from Medical Officer to Assistant Professor. He also gained experience at the Euro-Bangla Heart Hospital under the guidance of Professor Sufia Rahman. With advanced training in interventional techniques from University Hospital Charles Nicholle and Central University Hospital Nantes in France, Dr. Ahmed actively participated in numerous seminars and workshops, including the CISC held in Kolkata, Singapore, and Malaysia. He has several publications to his credit. Before assuming his current role as Associate Professor and Chief Interventional Cardiologist at Enam Cardiac Centre in EMCH, Dr. Ahmed served as a Specialist and Associate Consultant Cardiologist (clinical and interventional) at Square Hospitals in Dhaka.
