Dr. Santosh Thomas Samuel completed his medical education and postgraduate training at the prestigious Christian Medical College & Hospital (CMCH) in Vellore. He played a key role in starting or restarting OBGYN departments at various hospitals, including SLR & TC, Karigiri, CSI-RD MLL Hospital, Madanapalle, and CMC Vellore, Chittoor campus. He is highly skilled in managing labor and its complications, as well as emergency and critical obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Samuel has also worked as a visiting Surgical Consultant for PROLASA in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo. His particular interests lie in normal vaginal birth, vaginal birth after cesarean section, vaginal surgeries (especially in scarless J Natural Orifice Hysterectomy (NOH), Non-Descent Vaginal Hysterectomy (NDWVH) even for large uterine fibroids), and all gynecological surgeries and procedures.
