Dr. Md. Saiful Islam Moon was all along a scholar in his student life- both in school, college and medical college. He passed MBBS from Mymensingh Medical College in 2006 in regular session. Soon after his graduation, Dr Moon joined Lab Aid Dhanmondi, then Ibn Sina Medical College Hospital, and before completing post-graduation, he was ICU in charge for 10 years at Delta Medical College Hospital, Mirpur 1. He took post-graduation training in medicine and cardiology from Dhaka Medical College Hospital and Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital. He obtained his Master's Degree (MD) in Nephrology from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU). He served in different Medical College with utmost sincerity, honesty and excellence. He began his Nephrology career at BRB HOSPITALS LIMITED as a Specialist in Nephrology under Professor Dr Md. Nizam Uddin Chowdhury who is a renowned kidney specialist in Bangladesh and President of the Bangladesh Renal Association. He was promoted to Junior Consultant Nephrology on 1 August 2023 for his merits and sincerity. Dr. Moon has publications, which include Original articles, Review Articles, case reports, etc. Dr. Moon's areas of expertise are: 1. Short-term and chronic kidney disease (AKI and CKD) 2. Hypertension management 3. Kidney-related infection, kidney stones. 4. Electrolyte abnormalities (like sodium, potassium, others). 5. Post Kidney transplantation follow-up. 6.
