Dr. Mayesa Nujhat (PT) completed her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Bangladesh Health Professions Institute under Dhaka University's Faculty of Medicine in 2013. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Reproductive & Child Health from Bangladesh University of Health Science (BUHS) in 2019. Her commitment to professional development is evident through several specialized certifications, including Dry Needling part – 1 (IAoDN – India), Kinesio Tapping (Singapore), Management and Prevention of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (BUHS), and specialized training in Physiotherapy in Women’s Health & Gynecology. Dr. Nujhat has accrued significant experience in physiotherapy since 2014 and held the position of Senior Clinical Physiotherapist at the Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) Savar, specializing in neurology for nearly 7.4 years. Her areas of expertise include pain management, arthritis, paralysis, sports injuries, women’s health, gynecology, and neurology. Additionally, she possesses the skills to handle patients and manage physiotherapy emergencies in critical care units like ICU, NICU, and CCU.
