Anwer Khan Modern Hospital Limited, a concern of Modern Group is a 750-bed Hospital with complete modern world class medical equipments. It is located at House# 17 & 17/1, Road# 8, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1205. It is housed with 45 kathas of land with 07 (seven) storied building. Here we have also purchased other ten buildings adjacent to the original establishment. Mr. Anwer Hossain Khan is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Hospital.
A good number of physicians have served with reputation. Much emphasis has been given to quality services with the help of adequate number of diploma holding trained nurses. Modern medical business is very competitive. Almost every year new world class machines are invented in order to compete with others.
It has around two hundred reputed specialist doctors, medical expertise, medical technology and modern management. Hence, it can take challenge in any sort of health care. The hospital is going to create facilities for research & development (R & D) to develop better strategies for the prevention and treatment of various diseases. It has more than forty medical services department such as medicine, neuro medicine, neuro surgery, cardiology, obstetrics & gynecology infertility, pediatrics, general surgery, repertory, orthopedics, liver medicine gastroenterology, ENT, urology, ophthalmology, nephrology, dermatology, thoracic surgery, radiation oncology, rheumatology, microbiology, radiology & imaging, psychiatry, physio therapy, sinology etc.
It may be mentioned here that, Anwer Khan Modern Hospital, Anwer Khan Modern Medical College, Modern Diagnostic Centre & Anwer Khan Modern Nursing College have established and operating in 12 (twelve) own building near about 4,00,000 sq. feet floor space. Moreover, 4 vacant land near Hospital area for extension of the Hospital and Medical College. Very shortly we are going to open two branches, one at Uttara and another at Mirpur. Besides these we are going to diversify our hospital business at Chittagong, Chandpur and Dinajpur. In this connection, we are going to developing a 10 storied building at Halisohar, Chittagong from our 100% own source.
