There are many type of tests for Sleep Apnea in Bangladesh. Which test is appropriate for a patient depends on the patient's symptoms and what other diseases the patient has. For example, a young patient who has no other disease except for snoring can get a screening test done at home. However, a patient with Heart disease and snoring should definitely be tested in a Hospital.


These are the different Sleep Apnea Tests available in Bangladesh:

1. Home Overnight Screening Test (HOST)

2. Home Sleep Apnea Test (HSAT)

3. Polysomnography (PSG)

4. Polysomnography with Titration (PSG+T)
