Throughout the internship, the Dr. Monira Zaman Tanvee gained expertise in various medical procedures, including intravenous access, nasogastric tube placement, managing status epilepticus, acute severe asthma attacks, diabetic ketoacidosis, myocardial infarction and angina, as well as shock, particularly hypovolemic, cardiac, and septic shock. She also provided assistance in endotracheal intubation and foley catheterization. During this period, the intern learned to navigate the bottom of the totem pole and maintain a tight schedule, while finding the emergency duties to be rewarding. Dr. Monira Zaman Tanvee served at Keraniganj Upazila Health Complex for community service in Dhaka-1310, where she had the opportunity to encounter various medical conditions and learn how to handle different emergency situations. Additionally, during two weeks of community service, she acquired valuable knowledge and experience.
