Dr. Shaon Shahriar completed his MBBS in 2003 from Mymensingh Medical College. He completed his FCPS in 2012 in Surgery from the Bangladesh College of Physicians & Surgeons (BCPS). He went on to complete his MS in 2019 in Hepatobiliary Surgery from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU). He obtained FACS from the American College of Surgeons in 2019. ​ He is currently working as Assistant Professor at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and as a consultant Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic surgeon at Aalok Healthcare & Hospital, Mirpur, Dhaka. He worked as a consultant independently in the field of General Surgery in different medical colleges and specialized institutes for more than 3 years.
